Stuffing Bonnet

Originally released from Judy and pepperlovers, this awesome creation almost met extinction but I have Cabot alive in my garden over the years. These are a heatless to near heatless capsicum chinense, having a similar flavor to red habanero. They make an incredible stuffing pepper that is so mild they can even be fed to children. Stuff them full of cheese, meat, rice or vegan options. A really unique treat that I am happy to re-introduce to the world.
